Does it connect to my Etsy shop?+
No. You log orders yourself or import the orders CSV you download from Etsy. The app never asks for your Etsy login.
Are the Etsy fees exact?+
They are worked out from the rates in Settings. US and UK presets are included, and you can edit every rate. Etsy changes fees sometimes, so check your rates.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in your own browser on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Can I use it on iPhone or iPad?+
No. iPhone and iPad can't open offline web files. Use a Mac, Windows PC, Chromebook or Android device.
Does it work for print on demand?+
Yes. Enter the base cost from your print provider as the material cost for each product.
Is it a subscription?+
No. You pay once and keep the app.
