Click a day to add a shift, use one-tap presets, or copy last week in one click. You get warnings for clashing shifts, time off and too many hours. Add pay rates to see labor cost per shift, per person and per week. Reports show hours by month, by person and by position, and you can export monthly payroll hours to CSV. Everything is saved only in your browser on your device. No account, no cloud, no monthly fee.
