What it is

Timesheet & Payroll Helper is an offline app for small teams paid by the hour: cafés, bakeries, shops, cleaning crews and salons. Clock people in and out with one tap, or add and fix time entries by hand. Holiday, sick and paid time off hours are supported. Set your pay period and overtime rules (weekly and/or daily, any rate). The app splits regular and overtime hours, adds tips, bonuses, reimbursements and advances, and shows gross pay and the total for each person. Print timesheets with signature lines, print a pay summary, or export CSV for your payroll provider. Everything is saved only in your browser on your device. Pay is worked out before taxes.

No. It works out gross pay before taxes. Use the CSV with your payroll provider or accountant.
Can I set my own overtime rules?+
Yes. Set hours per week and/or per day, and the overtime rate, like 1.5×.
Can staff clock in themselves?+
Yes, on the device where the app is open. Everyone uses the same screen.
Where is my data saved?+
Only in your browser on your device. Download a backup in Settings now and then.
Does it work on iPhone or iPad?+
No. iPhone and iPad can't open offline files. Use a Mac, Windows PC, Chromebook or Android device.
Is it a subscription?+
