What it is

Weight & Body Tracker is an offline app for anyone losing weight, gaining weight or just keeping track of their body over time. Add a weigh-in in seconds: your weight, and body fat % if you track it. Add waist, hips, chest, arm and thigh measurements whenever you like. Each weigh-in shows the change from the one before. The Today page shows your current weight, your 7-day average, your change since you started and how far you are from your goal. It also shows your pace over the last 4 weeks and when you may reach your goal at that pace. The trend chart shows the last 90 days with your goal line. Body shows every measurement, the change since your first one and a chart. Reports show your average weight each month and a month by month table. The app does not connect to smart scales or give diet advice. You log your own numbers. Your data is saved only in your browser.

No. Weigh in as often as you like. The 7-day average and trend chart use whatever you log.
Does it work with a smart scale?+
No. You type in your own numbers.
Does it show BMI?+
Yes, if you add your height in Settings. It is optional.
Which devices does it work on?+
Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox on Mac, Windows, Chromebook and Android. iPhone and iPad can't open offline web files.
Can I move my data to another computer?+
Yes. Download a backup file and open it on the other device.
