What it is

Pantry & Freezer Inventory is an offline app for families, meal preppers, bulk buyers and anyone with a full freezer and a busy week. Add your food to the pantry, fridge, freezer or chest freezer, with how many you have, a use-by date and the shelf or drawer it is on. The home page shows what to use soon, anything past its date, and what is running low. Tap − or + to update a count in one tap. Running low items can go to the shopping list in one tap. Tick an item on the list when you buy it and the stock goes up. Log food you throw away with a reason and cost. Reports show food wasted each month, what you waste most, and what you have in each place. The app does not scan barcodes or read receipts. You add your own food. Your data is saved only in your browser.

Does it scan barcodes?+
No. You add your own food. It only takes a few seconds per item.
Which places can I track?+
The app has pantry, fridge, freezer and chest freezer, plus a shelf or drawer for every item.
How does the shopping list work?+
Set a running low number for each item. When you get down to it, the item shows as running low. Add it to the list, then tick it when you buy it and the count goes up.
Can I change the Use soon window?+
Yes. Choose how many days ahead counts as Use soon in Settings.
Which devices does it work on?+
Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox on Mac, Windows, Chromebook and Android. iPhone and iPad can't open offline web files.
Can I move my data to another computer?+
Yes. Download a backup file and open it on the other device.
