Medication & Appointment Tracker is an offline app for anyone who takes daily medicines, and for parents and caregivers who look after someone else's. Add each medicine with the dose, who it is for, how often and the times. The Today page turns them into a checklist grouped by time. Tap Taken or Skip, and undo if you tap by mistake. Medicines taken only when needed have a Log a dose button. Add how many are left and the stock goes down as you take doses. When it gets low, the medicine shows on the Refill soon list. Add appointments with the date, time, place, phone and questions to ask. Coming up shows your next visits. History shows the last 2 weeks at a glance. Reports show the % of doses taken each month, by medicine, and appointments by type. The app is a checklist and log. It does not send alarms or notifications, and it is not medical advice. Your data is saved only in your browser.
