WHAT YOU CAN DO • Add each child with birthday, the days they attend, start date and rate (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly) • Keep parents/guardians and authorised pickups with phone numbers, plus a plain-text allergies & notes field shown on every card • Daily sign-in/sign-out board: one tap records the time and who dropped off or picked up. Warns if someone isn't on the pickup list • Mark absences with a reason, add drop-in children and see places left today • Attendance: weekly grid with hours per child, monthly history and CSV export • Billing: weekly or monthly invoices built from attendance or flat fees, with late pickup fees, sibling discount and extra discounts • Printable invoices (print or save as PDF), payments, balances and overdue tracking • Daily report per child: mood, meals, naps, nappies/toilet, activities and notes. Copy into a message to parents or print • Incident log with a printable form for parents to sign • Expenses: food, supplies, toys, crafts and more.
