Speed, picture, and focus

For YouTube on Chrome and Microsoft Edge. TubeTurbo does not download videos.

  • Speed from 0.1x to 16x

    Set playback from 0.1x to 16x. An on-video overlay shows the speed, and TubeTurbo remembers it for each channel.

  • Pro above 200%

    Volume boost and mouse wheel

    Raise volume up to 400%, or change it with the mouse wheel. Boosts up to 200% are free. Boosts above 200% are Pro, and Pro is coming soon.

  • Quality, theatre, and cinema dim

    Set a preferred quality automatically, open theatre mode, and dim the page around the video.

  • A–B is Pro

    Whole-video and A–B loop

    Loop the whole video. An A–B loop, between two points you set, is part of Pro and is coming soon.

  • Full-resolution frame screenshot

    Save one full-resolution frame from the video, and copy it to the clipboard. This is a still image, not a download of the video.

    Video filters

    Brightness, contrast, saturation, mirror, flip, and rotate. Filters are part of Pro and are coming soon.

  • Picture-in-picture

    Pop the video out into picture-in-picture.

  • Focus mode

    Hide comments, Shorts, recommendations, and end cards so the video is what's left.

  • Shorts in the normal player

    Open a Short in the normal YouTube player.

  • Skip and mute ads

    Click YouTube's Skip button when it appears, and mute during ads.

  • Resume long videos

    Pick up a long video where you left off.

  • Video Insights

    See the exact publish date and time, views, and likes, plus a likely-monetised signal. Estimated earnings are views times an RPM range, and they are labelled as an estimate.

Questions

Does TubeTurbo download videos?+
No. TubeTurbo does not download YouTube videos. A screenshot is one frame, saved on your device.
Where do my settings go?+
Speeds, per-channel memory, and the other settings stay in the browser on this device. TubeTurbo has no analytics and no remote code.
Which sites does TubeTurbo run on?+
YouTube only. Host access is limited to *.youtube.com.
What does Pro include?+
Pro is coming soon. It adds volume boost above 200%, an A–B loop, and video filters. The Pro price on this page is a placeholder.
Are Video Insights earnings exact?+
No. Estimated earnings are the view count times an RPM range, and TubeTurbo labels that figure as an estimate. It is not YouTube's number and it is not a payment.
What are the shortcuts?+
S and D go slower and faster. R resets speed. G applies your preferred speed. Shift+S takes a frame screenshot. P opens picture-in-picture. Shift+L loops the whole video. A and B set the A–B points, and Shift+A runs the A–B loop. Shift+F toggles focus mode. Alt+Shift+Y opens the popup.
