Refund policy

These are digital downloads. If an app does not work as described on its product page, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of payment.

How to ask

Email khadim11@gmail.com with your order ID, the app name, and what failed. PayPal is the payment processor. When a refund is issued, it is sent back through PayPal.

What a refund does

Marking the order refunded turns off the private app links and download for that order, and revokes the license keys issued for it. That is the same path used when PayPal reports a refund or reversal.

What this does not cover

A change of mind, after the app works as described, is not a reason for a refund. Back up your own entries before you ask: a revoked license cannot open the paid app, and Kitly Apps never stored the entries you typed into it.

The terms use this same 14-day window.
