Questions
Why can't SnapCast capture chrome:// pages or the Web Store?+
Chrome and Edge block every extension from those pages. That includes chrome:// URLs, edge:// URLs, the Chrome Web Store, and the Edge Add-ons site. SnapCast can capture a normal website when you ask it to. It cannot override the browser's block on internal pages.
Where do screenshots and recordings go?+
They stay in SnapCast's library on your device. They are not uploaded to Kitly Apps.
Does SnapCast use analytics or remote code?+
No. The extension does not send usage data, and it does not download or run remote code.
Which browsers are supported?+
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Is the PDF export free?+
Yes. Multipage PDF export is included at no charge.
What is Pro?+
