FolioForge privacy
Updated October 23, 2026
FolioForge converts files on your device. Documents are not uploaded, and the extension does not collect them.
Data stays on the device
Page size, margins, and a batch in progress stay in the browser on that device. The PDF is saved to your computer when you ask. Kitly Apps cannot see the file.
No collection
FolioForge does not collect documents or personal data. It does not sell or share data. There is no analytics in the extension and no remote code. Conversion is offline.
Permissions
FolioForge requests storage and downloads. Each permission is used only for the reason below.
- storage
- Keeps page size, margins, and settings in the browser on this device.
- downloads
- Saves the PDF to your computer when you export it.
When this site opens
FolioForge opens this website after you install it, and again after a major or minor update, so you can see how to start and what changed. Those visits do not include your documents.
- After install, FolioForge opens the welcome page.
- After a major or minor update, FolioForge opens the what's-new page.
Opening those pages is a normal visit to this website. FolioForge does not send documents with the visit. Cookies and measurement on the website are described in the site privacy policy. The extension itself has no analytics and no remote code.
