Cookora privacy
Updated October 23, 2026
Cookora keeps cookie work on your device. It reads the current site only, warns before an export, and masks HttpOnly values. The extension does not collect cookies.
Data stays on the device
Exports and the cookie list stay in the browser on that device. Kitly Apps cannot see them. HttpOnly values are masked. Uninstalling Cookora removes its local storage from the browser profile.
No collection
Cookora does not collect cookies, personal data, or browsing history. It does not sell or share data. There is no analytics in the extension and no remote code. Nothing leaves the device.
Permissions
Cookora requests cookies and Optional host access. Each permission is used only for the reason below.
- cookies
- Reads, edits, adds, and deletes cookies for the site you are on.
- Optional host access
- Requested for one site at a time, only when you choose that site, so Cookora can work with that site's cookies. It is not a standing permission for every website.
When this site opens
Cookora opens this website after you install it, and again after a major or minor update, so you can see how to start and what changed. Those visits do not include cookies.
- After install, Cookora opens the welcome page.
- After a major or minor update, Cookora opens the what's-new page.
Opening those pages is a normal visit to this website. Cookora does not send cookies or exports with the visit. Cookies and measurement on the website are described in the site privacy policy. The extension itself has no analytics and no remote code.
